Inspired by family walks along the cliffside of Point Addis, exploring the caves and rock pools. This painting explores the form of the landscape and subtle colours of the cliffside and within the rockpools.
High quality acrylic painted on stretched canvas with oil pastel line details. Thick layers of acrylic allow line details to be scored within the curve of the sea cave revealing a subtle texture that catches the eye. Loose drips of acrylic wash create a transition through colours, connecting and creating 'Flow' and 'balance'.
Sealed with a satin varnish to give a semi gloss finish.
Framed in a raw Tasmanian Oak floater frame with fittings ready to hang.
This artwork is signed on the back of the canvas and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
