Do you love to wander the beach at low tide, exploring rockpools and hidden caves? This artwork is inspired by the hidden form and colours of just that, the bold arch a small sea cave, the soft earthy colours hidden in the many rockpools of the surf coast. Transitional lines and marks representing the walks taken and the time spent skimming stones and collecting pebbles.
High quality acrylic painted on stretched canvas with oil pastel details and posca drawn line. Thick layers of acrylic allow line details to be scored through the centre of the arch revealing a subtle texture that catch the eye. Loose drips also create a transition through colours, connecting and creating 'Flow'.
Sealed with a satin varnish to give a semi gloss finish.
